Originally founded by Pearse Coyle in Dublin, Ireland and Tom Burniece in San Jose, CA, today we are a Solo GP run by Pearse with Tom as adviser and Justin Cahill part-time heading the investment committee.

Pearse has been the founding CEO, first investor or first head of sales in 11 tech ventures, 6 of which have gone on to scale and/or successful exit.
Thomas Burnice

Tom has over 40 years experience in high technology, with more than 20 years in senior management positions, including: CEO of iVivity, Voelker Technology and Rutilus Software, Chairman of Ciprico, General Manager with P&L responsibility for a $billion plus division of Digital Equipment Corporation, and SVP positions at Maxtor (Engineering) and COPAN Systems (Marketing and Business Development).
Justin Cahill
Chairman of Investment Committee
Justin has been involved in the establishment, investment, and management of several businesses based in Ireland, UK, US, China, Hong Kong, India and Vietnam. He is presently on the board of 6 companies. He has extensive experience of international business operations across multiple sectors such as technology, media, education, med tech and renewable energy. He has founded a number of businesses – one of which was listed on Nasdaq in 2017.
